The complex “Lucky Bansko” is perfectly located by the river in the out skirts of the town of Bansko – one of the fastest developing ski resorts on the Balkans.
The complex is situated 1600 meters (1 mile) from the Gondola station and 450 meters (0.3 mile) from the town centre. The complex consists of two buildings connected by an underground covered passage.

Building 1 is spread over a total area of over 8,300 square meters, 54 % of which is a landscaped area. The building has three elevators. The rooms have north-south disposition.
Apartments, facing north are directed towards Rila Mountain and those facing south towards Pirin Mountain. Building 1 has already reached the the third phase – Act 15 - in February 2007.
The completion of the building is expected to be reached summer 2007. Building 1 has 5 floors and 102 apartments as follow: 2 (two) 2-bedroom VIP apartments; 48 (forty eight) 1-bedroom apartments of 55-107 square meters and 52 (fifty two) studios of 42-50 square meters.
Building 2 is the smaller of the two buildings and it is located about 20 meters north of Building 1, and is 2,932 square meters in size.
Building 2 has two elevators and underground parking, which serves both buildings.
The construction work started in the beginning of November, 2006 and it is expected to be completed in January 2008, and will be launched in February 2008.
Building 2 will feature 5 floors and 26 units in number, types and total areas as follow: 16 studios of 40-52 square meters; 8 (eight) 1-bedroom apartments of 68-76 square meters and 2 (two) 2-bedroom apartments of 90 square meter each.
All housing units are offered fully furnished and equipped to the 5 Star standard. The complex also has a spa centre with separate reception desk that features:
