The architecture conforms to the traditional old-time style of the town of Bansko. The external and internal walls are brick built, with heat-insulation and noise-insulation using the Austroterm system.
The exterior of the building is a composition of stone facing, wood casing and white plaster. The roofs are sloping are wood construction, and tiled.
The surrounding grounds are well-planted, with places to sit and enjoy the views, barbeques, children playgrounds and an ornamental fountain. Each apartment has phone access and cable television installed.
