Alpine Vistas will be the first sizeable development in the village of Bachevo and the developers have taken great pains to form strong ties with the local community.
This relationship has not only brought new jobs but is helping to fund improvements in the town’s infrastructure as well. Bachevo once had a hot water spring famous for it’s healing properties but it has of late fallen into disrepair. The developers of the Alpine Vistas project plan to fund it’s repair as well as building a new tennis court for the town and creating some new roads where there were none before. The major of the locally municipality has given her blessing for the project and sees the great benefit this will mean for the locals and their economy.
