Easy Payment Plans

Our easy payment plans offer payment via an initial reservation fee followed by 4 payments, with discounts of up to 6%.

Plan A: 0% Discount

  1. Reservation Fee: €2000
  2. First payment - 30% of the price in 2 weeks after the booking deposit after signing the contract
  3. Second payment – 30% of the price when construction reaches roof level
  4. Third payment – 30% of the price upon finishing construction
  5. Final payment – 10% of the price upon receiving title deeds

Plan B: 3% discount

  1. Reservation Fee: €2000
  2. First payment - 50% of the price in 2 weeks after the booking deposit after signing the contract
  3. Second payment – 20% of the price when the construction reaches roof level
  4. Third payment – 20% of the price upon finishing construction
  5. Final payment – 10% of the price upon receiving title deeds

Plan C: 6% discount

  1. Reservation Fee: €2000
  2. First payment - 70% of the price in 2 weeks after the booking deposit after signing the contract
  3. Second payment – 10% of the price when the construction reaches roof level
  4. Third payment – 10% of the price upon finishing construction
  5. Final payment – 10% of the price upon receiving title deeds
