Hristo Gurkovsky is a Bulgarian raised in Paris and has a background in advertising and has invaluable contacts within the Bulgarian business community.
Evgeni Yonov is a Bulgarian who has years of experience as a developer and has extensive knowledge of local building and architectural practices.
Adrian Saxton is British and comes from a finance background. He previously worked in venture capital in London and Vienna.
Declan Whitebloom is also British and has extensive experience with Californian Real estate market.
